Planning: Where it all begins. The project kick-off meeting assembles the key players from IHDV with your staff. We discuss and assign the responsibilities of the entire team, and outline the procedures necessary to build a quality product. Together with your staff, we work up a preliminary architecture or content outline of the Video Production service for your review. We set timetables for content gathering and formalizing the production and delivery. We conclude with a final project plan, detailing all phases with clear content delivery and 'in-progress' reviews.

Development: Here's where we present preliminary layouts for the key elements of the product. Your review will determine the "production staging". Then, with your feedback, we refine the visual and audio designs and elements of the product. This early point in the process is a great point to assess how close we are to meeting the defined project objectives. From here we begin to address the nitty-gritty details.

Production: The process is now at full-speed. With our state-of-the-art HD Cameras and Non-Linear Editing systems, we will transform ideas into reality. Your assigned Videographer and Editor will translate the accepted designs into working ideas and motivational elements. We start to build the project based on the pre-production. We pay close attention to the video and audio elements to manage the necessary developments at the post-production step.

Delivery: The rubber hits the road. After everything receives a stamp of approval, you will receive the product in the Master you requested – on time and on budget. (VHS, SVHS, BetaSp, Digital Beta, MiniDV, DVCAM, CD, DVD… in PAL or NTSC) Your video is ready for the world to see. While many clients prefer to manage their own packaging and duplication, IHDV is available to assist you here as well with discount pricing.
